Entrée selections include a roasted cauliflower steak; seared ahi tuna served over white rice and arugula with soy glaze, smoked Fresno crema, mango chutney, and lime zest; or a BBQ pork shoulder sandwich topped with sweet pickles, kimchi ranch, and gochujang mustard, served with fries.
