The Experience
It couldn't be easier to enjoy Indy's most unique sauna experience. Arrive, prep, sauna, and enjoy. Afterwards, stick around at Gather 22 for a post-sauna sharable or drinks to cap off a perfect sauna session.
STEP 1
Arrive at Gather 22
When you arrive, you’ll check in with our team at Gather 22. We’ll get you oriented, answer any questions, and point you toward the changing area. You’ll have access to water and hot tea to hydrate before your session, and a moment to settle in before heading to the sauna.
STEP 2
Change & Get Comfortable
You’ll change into your preferred sauna attire in our designated changing area. Towels and body wraps are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. Lock away your belongings, take a breath, and get ready to unplug for a bit.
STEP 3
Enter the Sauna Bus
Step into our wood-burning sauna built inside a restored school bus, parked right outside Gather 22. Inside, you’ll find a warm, wood-lined space designed for relaxation and connection. Sessions are either private or social, depending on what you booked.
STEP 4
Heat, Cool Down, & Reset
Relax in the sauna, then cool down using our cold plunge shower when you’re ready. Many guests repeat this heat-and-cool cycle throughout their session, listening to ambient music, chatting quietly, or simply zoning out. There’s no pressure to “do it right” — go at your own pace.
Sauna — With Food & Drinks Steps Away
Sauna Social is located at Gather 22, a full-service restaurant and bar. Before or after your session, enjoy cocktails, coffee, juices, or a full meal — no extra travel required.
